Shipping & Returns
As all Susan Driver's items are made to order, Items will usually be shipped within 3 to 7 business days, but a more specific time span is provided on each individual item. If you require an item sooner than the suggested time, please get in touch.

| NEW ZEALAND & UNITED KINGDOM: 14-20 business days
| REST OF WORLD: Presently, Susan Driver is unable to ship to customers outside of the above regions. If you have any special requests, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are able to return any full priced item(s) within 48 hours of receiving your order for a full refund - of the purchase price only.
Any refund requests outside of this 48-hour period will only be considered if an item has a major problem or is significantly different to what you asked for. No refunds will be accepted on items after 48h because of change of mind. Please get in touch with any questions you may have.
Please note no sale items can be returned for a refund.
We recommend you return the item to us via Registered Post so that the delivery can be tracked. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
| RETURNS PROCESS
Please follow the below steps to return or exchange your item(s):
- Get in touch with us to request your return within 48h of receiving your item(s), detailing your order number and reasons for returning your item(s)
- Return your item(s) direct to Susan Driver using the address supplied in our email confirmation
Return shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a registered and trackable method of return shipment and note we do not accept liability for lost returns.
If after assessing the condition of the returned item(s), your refund is approved, we will send you an email confirming that your refund will be issued. Refunds will generally be processed within 5-7 business days of our receipt of returned items.
All refunds will be issued via the same payment method used to purchase the items.
