| REST OF WORLD: 3-14 business days, details below
Zone 1 – New Zealand can take 3-5 days. Zone 2 – Asia, Western Europe, North America and the Pacific can take between 3-10 days. Zone 3 – Rest of the World can take up to 14 days.
Once your package has been shipped (up to 48 hours after you place your order) you will receive an email from Wander confirming this with a tracking link.
If your item has not arrived within 2 business days from the last day of the ETA window above, please get in touch to check on its whereabouts. Please note that once a parcel has arrived in its destination country, the local postal authority for that country will deliver it, so the final delivery date will be subject to them.
Duties & Charges: Orders may be subject to import fees such as taxes, brokerage fees, customs duties and other specific fees set by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to your country.
Philé offers refunds and exchanges on all non-personalised item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
| RETURNS PROCESS
Please follow the below steps to return or exchange your item(s):
- Get in touch with us to request your return, detailing your order number and reasons for returning or exchanging your item(s)
- Return your item(s) direct to Philé at the address we provide you via email
Return shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a registered and trackable method of return shipment and note we do not accept liability for lost returns.
Upon receipt of your returned item(s), they will be assessed and, if accepted by Philé, refunds will be reversed onto the original form of payment. Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
For all exchanges, please follow the above returns process and simply place a new order for your alternative item(s) through Wander.
