Ms BROWN was founded by Sydney-based journalist Alexandra Brown. Alexandra has worked in magazines for brands including VOGUE Australia and Harper’s BAZAAR for nine years and was most recently Online Editor at VOGUE Living.

It was the culmination of a career in luxury women's publishing and an upbringing on a merino sheep farm in the natural paradise that is Kangaroo Island, South Australia, that ultimately led to the creation of Ms BROWN.

| AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND: 2-5 business days, up to 10 business days for NZ

All deliveries are sent using Australia's first carbon neutral delivery service, Sendle and Australia Post. In addition, all orders require a daytime delivery address and contact details. If you are not available, Australia Post will leave your parcel at the closest Australia Post Office. 

| REST OF WORLD: Presently, Ms BROWN is not able to ship to customers outside of Australia 


Refunds are accepted on all items in the Ms BROWN range.

Items must be returned within 14 days in a saleable condition i.e. unmarked and in original packaging. Any items that have been marked or damaged in any way will not be accepted.


Please follow the below steps to return or exchange your item(s):

  • Get in touch with us to request your return within 7 days of receipt, detailing your order number and reasons for returning or exchanging your item(s) 
  • Return your item(s) direct to MS BROWN within 14 days using the address supplied in our email confirmation

Return shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a registered and trackable method of return shipment and note we do not accept liability for lost returns.


Upon receipt of your returned item(s), they will be assessed and, if accepted by Ms BROWN, refunds will be reversed onto the original form of payment. Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
