| AUSTRALIA: 3-6 business days
All deliveries are sent using registered post, therefore all orders require a daytime delivery address and contact details and will require a signature. If you are not available, Australia Post will leave your parcel at the closest Australia Post Office.
Express shipping (1-2 business days) is also available at an additional charge of $15 on all orders. Please get in touch if you would like us to add this to your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In Australia, you can enjoy FREE returns and exchanges using Jasmine Alexa's prepaid return labels.
Please note – exchanges and refunds are not available on sale items.
All exchange or return requests must be received within 14 days of receipt, and items received back within 30 days.
Items must be returned in a saleable condition i.e. unmarked and in its original packaging. Any items that have been marked or damaged in any way will not be accepted.
| RETURNS PROCESS
Please follow the below steps to return or exchange your item(s):
- Get in touch with us to notify us of your return, detailing your order number and reasons for returning or exchanging your item(s)
- If in Australia, you can then use the preaid returns lable to return your item(s) direct to Jasmine Alexa
- If overseas, you will be responsible for the return of your items direct to Jasmine Alexa, using the address supplied in our email reply, along with the original invoice sent with your order
- Please make a note of your tracking number as you the customer are fully responsible for the same return of your items
Return shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a registered and trackable method of return shipment and note we do not accept liability for lost returns.
